    To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in a dry place, clean it with a soft cloth, and avoid contact with moisture and chemicals.
  • Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or showering?
    We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising to maintain its quality.
  • How do I clean my personalized jewelry?
    Use a soft jewelry cloth or mild soap with water to clean your jewelry. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • What materials do you use for your jewelry?
    We use high-quality materials for our jewelry to ensure durability and elegance: Gold Jewelry: We use pure Italian 18K gold for all our gold designs. Silver Jewelry: We use premium Swiss 925 silver for our silver designs. Each piece is crafted with care to provide you with a timeless and luxurious accessory.
  • What types of personalized jewelry do you offer?
    Currently, we offer unisex pendants and men's cufflinks as part of our personalized jewelry collection. We will be expanding very soon to include earrings, rings, bracelets, and anklets.
  • Do you offer jewelry with birthstones?
    Absolutely! We offer personalized jewelry featuring genuine or simulated birthstones to add a special touch. You can choose the birthstone corresponding to your birth month or select one that holds sentimental value for you. Our birthstone collection will be launched in June 2025, featuring pendants, bracelets, and cufflinks. Stay tuned for this exciting addition!
  • Do you offer custom handwriting or fingerprint jewelry?
    Yes, we specialize in custom handwriting and fingerprint jewelry. You can upload a photo of a handwritten message, a signature, or a fingerprint, and we will engrave it onto your selected jewelry piece, preserving your memories forever. Please contact us by mail or give us a call to create your own unique design!
  • Will my jewelry tarnish or fade over time?
    925 sterling silver may develop a natural patina over time due to oxidation, but it can be easily polished to restore its shine. To solve this issue, we plate our jewelry with a special material to create an isolation layer for the silver, which helps prevent your jewelry from oxidation and keeps it looking beautiful longer. 18K gold does not tarnish and remains brilliant for years. Proper care, such as avoiding moisture and harsh chemicals, helps maintain your jewelry’s beauty.
  • Do you offer waterproof jewelry?
    While our jewelry is made from high-quality metals, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, especially chlorinated or saltwater, to maintain its shine. Occasional water exposure is fine, but wiping it dry afterward is advised.
  • How do I place a personalized jewelry order?
    Ordering is simple! Just choose your desired jewelry piece, fill in your customization details in the personalization box, and add it to your cart. Once you complete your checkout, we’ll start crafting your unique piece.
  • Can I see a preview of my design before production?
    For certain custom designs, we can provide a digital preview upon request. If you’d like to see how your jewelry will look before it’s made, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Can I request a completely custom design?
    Yes, we accept custom design requests. If you have a specific design idea, send us the details, and we’ll work with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece. Please contact us by email or give us a call to get started!
  • What if I make a mistake in my order details?
    If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After production starts, changes may not be possible.
  • Can I order jewelry with multiple names or words?
    Yes! Many of our designs allow multiple names, words, or initials. Check the product description for character limits or contact us for special requests.
  • Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
    Yes, we offer bulk pricing for wholesale orders or special events. Contact us for more details on pricing and customization.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options. Soon, we will also introduce cash on delivery in select countries.

    If your jewelry requires repair, please ensure that it is registered in our system. You can register your jewelry using the warranty card or the jewelry serial number. To register, simply use this link: Jewelry Registration. Once registered, contact us with the jewelry serial number, and we will guide you through the repair process.
  • Do you accept cancellations?
    We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing an order. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
